ITWD WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
IDSI has supported VA IT Workforce Development (ITWD) with a variety of training solutions for over 12 years.
Customer:
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information Technology (OIT)
Scope:
IDSI has designed, developed, and delivered over 500 training solutions including 150 cyber related courses, and associated instructional materials.
IDSI produced graphics, animations, videos and more to use in creating experiential learning, micro-learning, social learning, games, webinars, online training, practice labs, and live and recorded presentations and seminars.

MTRS Increment II Robot
IDSI developed a Desktop Trainer and both IMI and instructor led training for MTRS II operators and maintainers.

Product Manager (PdM) Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS)
Scope:
The Man Transportable Robotic System (MTRS II) is a robotic platform that enables operators to remotely detect, identify and dispose of hazards.
IDSI performed research, design, development, and cross-device deployment of IMI and a simulation/ gaming environment to train maintenance and operation of the advanced robotic system.

Mission Command Training (MCT)
IDSI provided MCT support in the form of individual training and exercise planning, support and execution.
Customer:
U.S. Army National Guard (ANG)
Scope:
IDSI provided MCT to ANG units during pre-mobilization training at 6 sites across the ANG enterprise.
We provided exercise and training services to develop and sustain Information Systems (IS) operators, battle staffs, leaders, and commanders who needed to be trained and proficient in the art and science of mission command.
